Engineer Javed Ali Memon  has been working with HEC for about 14 years. He spent 13 years at HEC and now he is posted here in Karachi to look after the affairs of Sindh province regarding higher education. He deals with the matters pertaining faculty trainings at HEC Karachi office on various subject matters, developing strategic linkages among various degree awarding institutions (DAIs) and HEC, and facilitating students, scholars, faculty, staff, and universities in getting guidelines, scholarships, research grants, and other development programs from HEC and its international partners like foreign governments. In addition, he and his team assist toward degree verifications and assure compliance by higher educational institutions with HEC policy frameworks.

Mr. Naseer Memon  has diversified experience in academic, NGO and corporate sector. Mr. Memon is currently working as General Manager, CSR, Public Affairs & Communications, Engro Powergen Limited.
Mr. Naseer Memon has worked as the Chief Executive SPO. In voluntary capacity he is the President Friends of Indus Forum and is associated with Indus Resource Centre (IRC) as the Member - Board of Directors. He is a Fellow, at Leadership for Environment and Development (LEAD) International. He is also Technical Advisor, Pakistan Network of Rivers, Dams and People (PNRDP) and Member/Director Energy Conservation Fund, ENERCON. Previously, Mr. Naseer was associated as Provincial Coordinator-Sindh with LEAD Pakistan, Regional Manager of Sindh and Balochistan coastal areas programme at WWF, Community Development Officer PREMIER-KUFPEC and Assistant Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), Jamshoro, Sindh.
Mr. Memon has also represented on various bodies/committees of governmental and non-governmental organizations. He was member of the Research Committee of the World Bank supported Water Sector Improvement Project of the Government of Sindh. He was member of the Provincial Program Steering Committee of the World Bank supported National Drainage Project (NDP), and member of the Steering Committee of the National Environmental Action Plan of the Government of Pakistan. In addition, Mr. Naseer Memon is the recipient of Make the Difference Award – Premier Oil International, 2003 and Best Writer on Environmental Issues-Sindh Environmental Protection Agency, 1999.

Dr. Muhammad Aqil  is working as Assistant Porefessor at SZABIST, Management Sceince Department. He has a vast teaching experience of more than 20 years. He did his Ph. D from Hamdrard University in Economics. He is a member of Tier-3 Quality Control Committee at DHA Suffa University, a member of Review Panel of Journal of Independent Study and Research-Management, Social Sciences and Economics (JISR-MSSE) and also a part of HEC National Curriculum Revision Committee. Dr. Aqil has a diversified experience of writing research articles in Economics and Social Sciences. He is the writer of more than 400 artciles on social issues which have been published on his personal website. He is also the Editor of an online Social Science Journal IISRAMAG.

Dr. Manzoor Ali Isran  is currently working as Professor and Head of Department, Management Sciences, SZABIST. Dr. Isran has done his PhD in the field of International Political Economy and Masters in Development Studies from Manchester University. His areas of interest are International Political Economy, Development Economics, Globalization, Democratic Politics, Civil Society, Public Policy and Public Administration and Public Management.

Mr. Usman Qaiser  is Chief Manager Marketing at Jubilee Life Insurance. He previously served at Senior Marketing Manager at Bank Alfalah Limited. He has also worked at Standard Chartered Bank, Lowe and Rauf (Pvt) Ltd., and Manhattan Pakistan. He studied at Hamdard University and lived in Karachi.

Dr. Shujaat Mubarik brings a blend of experience from academia and industry. He is Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM) and Certified Professional Manager (CPM) in Logistics from International Institute of Supply Chain Management, Dubai. He is also Certified ‘Train The Trainer (TTT)’. He holds Master degree in Business Administration and PhD in Industrial Organization from University of Malaya. He has total of 15 years of experience in the field of Business planning, Supply Chain Management, teaching and training. Dr. Mubarik has been associated with Muhammad Ali Jinnah University Karachi since 2008, presently serving as Dean of Department Management Sciences. His area of research includes economics of supply chain, human capital management and intellectual capital management. He has more than 25 published research papers and his research work has been published in highly reputable and diverse journals He has conducted number of workshops on AHP in Malaysia. His research expertise lies in analytical hierarchal process (AHP), structural equation modeling (SEM) and meta-analysis.

Mr. Samin Ahmad has been associated with teaching marketing for the last ten years at the postgraduate level. Prior to that, he has worked in the industry for thirty-five years in areas of marketing and supply chain, mostly with multinational corporations. His last assignment was with Unilever Pakistan, where he worked for seventeen years.

After doing MBA from University of Laverne (USA) in 1982 he was associated with NDFC, and National Fibers Limited as an Assistant Vice President and General Manager Planning, respectively. After 20 years of experience in the corporate environment, he began his academic career. From 1998 to 2005, he was associated as an adjunct faculty with the leading business schools of Karachi. In 2005, he joined PAF-KIET as an Associate Professor and Head of the Department (HOD) of Marketing. He completed my M Phil (Marketing) in 1999 from PAF-KIET, with a gold medal. Then he completed PhD in marketing from University of Malaysia, Sarawak in 2013. His research interest lies in the domains of branding, consumer attitudes and behaviors. He has presented 18 research papers in different local and international conferences. He has more than twenty publications in local and international journals.

Dr. Aamir Feroz Shamsi is PhD in Management Sciences from Hamdard University. He has authored various research papers published in reputed international research journals. He is currently permanent faculty at PAF KIET. His areas of research interest are Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management. He is a certified professional of lean management system from Consec-Canada. He has conducted corporate trainings in business and not-for-profit organizations in the areas of communication, managerial skills, time management, leadership, motivation, change and stress management, and process management. Dr. Shamsi has also been rendering consultancy services in the area of management and education to the relevant organizations.

Dr. Saqib Sharif is affiliated with IBA, Karachi as Assistant Professor since 2015. He completed his PGD, MS, as well as PhD in Finance from Massey University in 2007, 2008 and 2013 respectively. Prior to that, he did his MBA in Banking and Finance, from the Institute of Business Management, Karachi in 2004. He also holds a degree in Law from Government Sindh Muslim Law College, received in 2000. His area of specialization is Finance.

Dr. Jameel is a Joint Director at the State Bank of Pakistan since 1999. He has completed his PhD in Economics & Finance from Maastricht University in 2014. Dr. Sheba Saeed is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Business Administration, (IBA) Karachi. She is Visiting Fellow at Lund University, Sweden. She also runs an arts enterprise, "asetikbird" which branches into films, publishing, photography, consulting and workshops. Dr. Sheba did her PhD (Social Sciences) from University of Birmingham, UK, MPhil (History) from University of Birmingham, UK– 2006 and BA (Hons) from University of Birmingham, UK.
